Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. The cottage is located on a hill with lake views from the veranda and the two rooms. The veranda has morning sun and the patio has afternoon and evening sun. Barbecue. The living room has fireplace. Wood-fired sauna private by the lake can be rented, as well as rowing boat. Opportunity for hiking, fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Beautiful old cultural landscape.

Cozy cottage on the lake property with a private jetty and a boat

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful environment by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat trip and the view of the lake from the large terrace. Just a few minutes away, there is a swimming area, a café and a kiosk. The summer offers swimming, fishing or boating excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility of (or on) the ice. We are located in Småland's garden where the countryside has largely retained its character that you recognize from Astrid Lindgern's stories.

Stay in our charming little retro pearl of 78 sqm with large garden just next to Pelarne church. 5 minutes to Bullerbyn. 10 minutes (1 km) to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgrens Värld. The house has two bedrooms, a common room, a dining room, a kitchen and a new bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Two double beds (one large, and one 140 cm wide) and a single bed (pull-out sofa in the dining room, for children or shorter adult.). Guests clean themselves after their stay. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets.

Det finns möjlighet att köpa till frukost från gården.

Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, white, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. The house offers all comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

Njut i detta unika, och till stora delar egenhändigt byggda hus, vid vägs ände i skogarna runt Virserum. Naturen inbjuder till långa promenader med fantastiska vyer och fina stigar. Huset inbjuder till tysta och vilsamma stunder eller till gemensam matlagning vid spisen men även till att insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Denna natur rik på djur och detta fina hus ska verkligen upplevas på plats. Välkomna!

18th century Twin Cottage

The Twin Cottage from the 18th century is situated in a small hamlet with grazing animals and foot paths in the surrounding forest and fields. We have 45 km to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s world. The area of ‘Bråbygden’ is known for it rich flora and well kept fields. Bråhultesjön, 6 km from us, is a nice lake for bathing. Twin Cottage is like old times attatched house. We live in one part of the house and you rent the other. The garden is a fine place to enjoy evenings. Warmly welcome!

Next to Lake Gissen outside Vimmerby is this newly built villa. By car you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 10 minutes and within walking distance of 1km is the popular Tobo Golf Club with food service. Private beach with grass 50 meters from the house and shallow sandy beach 1 km away. Discover the lovely viewpoint next to the knot, take a jog on the running track or a swim in the lake. This is the place to relax after an intense day with all the lovely characters at Pippiland.

History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's great-grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. In 1925, the small cottage was used as a small farmhand's house, while the upper floor and the part where the kitchen is now was storage and a granary. In the early 1980s, it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy a large garden, cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach.
