The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Kaufering itself offers you everything life needs - from restaurants to supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, everything within walking distance. The accommodation offers you a nice quiet area!

Our house is located on the tranquil outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, LEGOLAND Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberger Ritterspiele? There you will be in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the Spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike ride. You can park your car in front of the house for free at our property.

Basement apartment (55 sqm)

Basement apartment with private entrance, more than 50 square meters, with a double bed and a bunk bed in the bedroom, Optionally, a folding crib (1-4 years) can also be set up.
