The House is very Good , the Condominium very good insurance and with interesting leisure alternatives. The House is as described in the listing But it needs some adjustments ( Maintenance) , Internet only works well in the room , other rooms are very precarious and in the Annex No Exists! Very attentive property ( Maury) there was no shortage of water , this also due to the economy we made . Overall is a Great Place to rest . If you need to come back , I would like to come back!

A wonderful and cozy house, in a quiet condominium. João Carlos was extremely responsive, waited for us to arrive, showed us the whole house and made us very comfortable. The house has all the necessary infrastructure. We'll definitely be back more often. The whole family loved it. 😃

The house is the same as the listing, Gabriela welcomed us and showed us the whole house, she even gave us a toast. Very spacious house, my whole family fit comfortably. The guy went to clean the pool every day very early. Clean bed linen and bath towels were provided. We'll definitely be back!

It was a pity that I had a health problem in the family, and I returned quickly to my city and could not enjoy the last day. The pool was very clean and sunbathing all day. Note: For the hottest: the room is currently air-conditioned (11/4/25). I think because of some difficulty with electricity stability in the property. But there's a fan in every room!

The apartment is impeccable, has many kitchen utensils, very good space. The host leaves available toilet paper, liquid hand soap, of course, Veja, detergent, water in the fridge, face towel, towel and bath and trash bags available. I felt at home because it has everything you need for your stay. I was very pleased with the cleaning and especially with the service of Geovanilson (with the flexibility of the check-out) . Great for couples with children! Safe and with various entertainment options. Apto mto bom and super recommend. The only point that can improve are bedding (towels and sheets) that are reasonable. The landlord is polite, kind and nice to talk to.

The apartment is great, acamoda very well 4 people. There is plenty of space in the cabinets, the suite is very spacious and very good for those who need to work. The internet worked super well throughout the stay, something very important since we were working from home. The kitchen is well equipped, for us who stayed a month helped a lot. The shower is a delight, it heats up a lot. The laundry room is shared and the value to wash and dry is 30 reais. The condominium is amazing, the pool area is a delight, as well as the lagoon that has a spectacular sunset. The beach is just a short walk, approximately 20 minutes, a very beautiful and almost deserted beach. The condominium is a 15-minute drive to the center of Arraial do Cabo and most of the beaches and the road is very busy both day and night, it is good to take this into account, especially for those who like to go out at night. We had a very quiet stay, great value
