The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Communication was fast. The apartment had a very nice balcony. There was a playground and a park within walking distance. The shop is a 5-minute drive.

Warm recommendation for Juha's apartment, squeaky clean and beautiful, and a well-stocked place! Parking lot in the yard and nice walking trails next door. Juha responded quickly with local tips, and was very hospitable. Top destination in Lahti, we'll definitely be staying again!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, excellent sauna. The fenced-in backyard was great for our two dogs who enjoyed lying on the deck. Great location with lakefront right next door. I definitely recommend if there's a visit to Mäntyharju or nearby.

I spent a few nights on Advent for a mini vacation in this absolutely amazingly lovely place, for the second time. The apartment was perfectly quiet and harmoniously decorated and located next to a beautiful lake landscape. Everything you need is within walking distance - a shop, culture, walking trails, and an atmospheric ear tree cafe. Christmas lunch was already available at the beach restaurant. Anneli warmly welcomed me again and paid attention to my wishes for flexible check-ins and checkouts. This is the Anchor Clap, who's not left in memory;) Thanks Anneli and until next time!

Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Beautiful house and yard. Everything has been carefully designed and implemented. The decor was cozy and the family of 5 was a great fit. The sauna was great. The beach is really shallow, but it has a pleasant sandy bottom. There are good sports facilities nearby.

Finnish cottage dream at its best! Right by the water, the hammocks climbs in the wind and in the direction of the evening sun. The cottage has all the amenities and very clean. The wooden sauna had a soft steam and the sandy bottom of the beach crowned the experience. And best of all, just an hour's drive to Helsinki! Thanks to the hostess!!

We had such a wonderful time at Markus’s place with our family celebrating Midsummer. Peaceful, surrounded by nature and relaxing atmosphere! Such a beautiful house with everything you might need, for cooking etc, two balconies, fireplace and sauna in the house. In addition there was different sports equipment and boardgames, which was very fun. Short walking distance to the lovely lake and outside sauna. He responded quickly, was very helpful and accommodating for us. We would definitely come back and recommend to everyone. Thank you so much!!

A very suitable cottage for a few people in a beautiful quiet location by the lake, yet close to the services of Kouvola. There wasn't an oven in the kitchen, but thankfully this was what we did in advance from Google ratings so we knew how to change the menu accordingly. The firewood was quite big and the grill required the purchase of charcoal, but otherwise everything was found and worked. Very nice and helpful owners who helped quickly if needed :)

We are now in this beautiful and cozy place for the third year in a row. You have everything you need for a private and quiet time. We loved cooking, you have everything ready in the kitchen. The supermarket is 15 minutes away. In the evening we liked to go to the sauna and after the sauna to go out into the snow on the terrace. Plus a warm mulled wine, wonderful. Kat's apartment was a surprise! While the photos were excellent, the reality was even better. Beautiful and personal apartment, interestingly renovated to an old house and sensitively decorated, with plenty of space, and high-quality dishes, beds, bedding, towels were carefully selected. Excellent location, next to the French village shop and Laura's shop, a short walk to the canal and guest marina. Definitely a stay worth the price, I could imagine not only vacationing, but also as a place to work remotely. Warm recommendation!

What a beautiful, spacious apartment! Opposite the shops, so in the morning cross your street and you have fresh breakfast. We had a bit of trouble finding which apartment door it is but Victor responded super quickly. The only thing we thought was curtains. It could not be completely darkened in the bedroom now. This is a lot of getting used to for us Dutch people. Furthermore, we have really enjoyed it! If we come back in Järvenpää again, we will definitely see if this apartment is available!
