Beautiful apartment in centra Istria

You will find The Olive House in the very end of a small village called Jakomici. The second floor of the house has been recently refurbished and consists of two identical apartments, each with a kitchen, huge living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment is suitable for 4 people. You can relax completely, chill out in the garden or in the new swimming pool, or you can come with us for a boat trip (not included). Breakfast, lunch and dinner on request, at extra charge.

Villa Blaise is a spacious house with a ground floor and 1st floor, with a total living area of 200 m2. It is located in the small Istrian village of Manjadvorci, in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. 150 m from the first restaurant, and 300 m from the first market. The first beach is 6 km away. A 20-minute drive away from Pula, 40 minutes from Rovinj, and 16 km from Pula airport. Villa Blaise is a an example of a functional holiday home for groups of up to 8 people.

This lovely and small villa with pool is situated in Gondolici, a little place only 2km from old town Labin. Villa is a typical new istrian house, surrounded by wonderful nature, breathtaking sea view, and view of nearby islands. The villa is for 4-6 persons has 60m2 with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful terrace covered by pergola, looking at the private pool. Only 2km from this house is a small village Prtlog with fantastic nature, clear sea and beaches.

Our house has 3 fully air-conditioned 4* apartments, a pool and a large garden area that everyone can use, all renovated in 2017. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the village of Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. The next major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the courtyard.

Location in the inland Istria makes this property a nice choice for relaxing and peaceful holiday. Outside activities on the spacious private property include various sports, children playground or just swimming and laying by the pool. Evenings under the open air with tasteful BBQ dinner will be a nice closure of the long summer day.

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away. From the terrace, the view was nothing short of breathtaking: the vast sea stretched endlessly, shimmering under the golden sun, merging with the horizon in a dance of blues.
