A one level house situated in San Gwann - a residential suburb with a commercial centre in the East of Malta. One can easily travel to popular chapels across town by foot and to the nearest beaches, shopping malls and tourist attractions found in St. Julian’s, Sliema and Birkikara. The entire place can host 4 persons in all and consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single bed which can be joined together as well).
“Paul has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. He made us feel at home right from the start. Checking in was easy. Finding the place was easy enough especially with Paul’s email where he listed every single detail. The house was bigger than we expected and it is a typical 80s style house. It makes you feel at home. Quiet enough for a good sleep, be it during the day or night. Nice kitchen and dining room if cooking and staying in is your thing. And on top of everything it’s very central, reaching both north or south of Malta in anything between 30 and 40 minutes by car. The place was exceptionally clean, which helped make us feel more at home. The house is very very well maintained. Paul had just freshly painted some of the rooms and was about to refurbish the whole bathroom...even though nothing is wrong with it! It’s not very usual to come across someone who takes so much care of a place. Paul, thank you for this place. The stay was better than we expected and we will definitely consider staying again!”
We live in a detached villa in a villa area only. Located on high ground , in one of the best residential areas on the island . Apart from morning and evening local traffic it is peaceful . There is plenty of street parking in front of our house and the rest of the street.
“We had a great time at Charles. He is of great hospitality. Very responsive and available, he picked us up at the airport at night and sandwiches were waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment is in accordance with the photos. Just what it takes to live. No superfluous. Ceiling fans are very useful. The city is not very interesting in itself but it is well served by buses. We advise you to rent a car because it is more practical. In addition the apartment is well located to visit all the island and we can park easily in the street. For information on arrival we paid 10 euros in "environmental tax" and at the end of the stay we paid 20 euros for using electricity and water. So plan that in the budget. Finally we highly recommend this apartment!”
