Motel Puspa is probably the most cheapest motel in Top-Dong area. It's located at the heart of Top-Dong. It's near by Arario Museum, Dong-Moon Market (the most popular local market for foreigners and locals for day and night.) Kwandukjung and Jeju Mokgwanah. A/C is in every room and hot water is always available with good water pressure shower. Free Wi-Fi is in every room and there's free water and shared kitchen area to use for every guests if you needed. It's a self Check in motel.
