Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! Enjoy my 23 m2 studio, on the 7th floor with elevator of a charming art deco building, quiet and secure (intercom and guardian). Very bright, cozy and fully equipped, it is conveniently located opposite the Opéra Bastille, with views of the rooftops of Paris, and a 10-minute walk to Gare de Lyon. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars and public transport are accessible at the foot of the building. Sheets and towels are provided. Coffee and tea available. High-speed WiFi.

Welcome to this large refurbished studio with a balcony in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, very functional and clean. Large windows, equipped kitchen (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine...). Large TV and very fast Wi-Fi, very comfortable and high-end 140/200 pull-out bed. Bed made on arrival with Egyptian cotton sheets. Parallel to the Seine, behind Radio France and 3-min walk to Pont de Javel Very nice furnished balcony.
