Vacation rentals with breakfast in Île-de-France

A beautiful and quietly located Airbnb in a large garden. Martine and Marcel are such friendly people. We enjoyed a delicious 4-course meal there. It tasted like haute cuisine. It was also very cozy. And in the morning after a good night's sleep, we also got a copious breakfast with all kinds of homemade things. Very tasty! Martine and Marcel thank you so much for so much kind hospitality!

I stayed for a month at Elodie’s apartment. She stocked the refrigerator with my favorites before I arrived. I totally enjoyed my stay as it is a block away from 2 metros, several eating spots and a Gifu across the street. The views every morning were just spectacular as was the night view of Sacre Cour turned green for StPatricks Day! Elodie is special and very kind. I loved my stay in Paris and I loved Elodies place.

Bernadette's place was perfect for our family. The location just minutes from the Eiffel Tower let us see it up close every day of our stay. Very close to restaurants, cafe, and easy walk to the bus/metro. The space is small, but was functionally plenty of space for our trip. Bernadette was very helpful with any questions we had and we would gladly stay here again.

The place made our Paris getaway perfect. The location is ideal and easily accessible on foot from Gare du Nord. We were able to do a lot on foot, but also by metro. Within walking distance is a good supermarket as well as a bakery and many other shops and restaurants. The apartment is as described and we didn't lack anything. A beautiful old building apartment equipped with everything you need. Alexandre is very hospitable, helpful and always easily accessible for questions. Communication was straightforward and Alexandre proactively provided us with all the information we needed. There were even various drinks, bread, as well as butter and jam on site upon arrival. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and flexible in time. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the place.

Françios was a fantastic host! He was incredibly communicative in the days and weeks leading up to our trip and left no questions about how to access or find the place. The apartment is in the perfect location: very close to two metro stations, accessible to the main strip (while free of much of the noise and foot traffic), and with plenty of food and coffee. The apartment had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable with plenty of additional amenities! It’s clear it was all laid out and designed with guests in mind. We’d highly recommend this location and will be back for our next trip to Paris.

My second stay at Thomas place, the room itself looks accurate as in pictures, with high ceiling and feel spacious than other Paris apartment, the neighborhood surrounding with lots of restaurants, cafe and shopping places :) definitely worth every money here :)

Very pleasurable stay! A lot of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The city center is within walking distance. Very friendly host, quick response. Apartment is fine too!

The house was interesting and nice. The pool was a pleasant surprise on a very hot day.

Visiting the region we visited Monet's gardens in Giverny and then we went in a quarter of an hour to Le Petit Rû which is a real haven of peace! This outbuilding next to Patricia's house overlooks the very well-maintained garden with its small sunbeds and table (weather permitting) to enjoy and breathe. The beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows also allow you to enjoy the view from the garden from the inside. The bathroom is functional and has everything: shampoo product shower soap cotton swabs micellar water stems etc and a hair dryer The bedding is super comfortable and the decoration is really very pretty Finally Patricia is really very friendly and welcoming, she quickly made us feel comfortable. The breakfast basket was great! dropped off at our door in the morning at the time we had agreed together. A nice place … do not hesitate to book!

The space is immaculate and vibrant with French history. It is as described and the same as in the photographs. The street is a busy one, but the inside of the yard is quiet, great for light sleepers. Pascal and Anne were kind and shared many recommendations for sights and getting around Paris.

Beautiful, quiet place, Hélène and Martial are very welcoming while leaving us on our own, we will be happy to come back. Great value for money. Homemade breakfast, fireplace, pretty village. Really great!

Catherine was super attentive and was able to receive us before so that we could get ready for our friends' wedding. Noise-free night. And what to say about this hearty breakfast. Thank you and it's a shame that we were visiting because it smells good the haven is peaceful. Thanks

Both room and bathroom were nice and clean. Claud and Eric are really nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. It was nice that there was a small fridge and an electric kettle. The apartment complex is nice and safe. There is a porter at the entrance. We would like to come again, it is recommendable.

Julie's attic is a very nice place, we warmly recommend it: tranquility, welcome, decorum, small garden and breakfast to enjoy.

We really enjoyed our visit in this calm and clean accommodation. Delicious breakfast and great communication with our host. 100% recommend!
