Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Île-de-France

Great location - easy to get around Paris by walking, metro, or taxi. The apartment is located on a busy and bustling area but the apartment itself was very quiet. There are some great bakeries and restaurants nearby. Sashine was accommodating to our group's needs and communication was solid. The rooms are a tad small and some furniture could be updated, but for the price it's a fantastic stay in an amazing location.

We had a great time at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, near many great restaurants and cafes. The area felt like a more local part of Le Marais. Arnaud was a great host, who was very responsive and helpful before we arrived and during our stay. The apartment was comfortable and decorated with a lot of charm that made you feel right at home.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever been to! The location couldn't be better: with a 10 minute walk you get to the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is wonderful, it is VERY cozy and clean. Alexandra is an amazing host and helped us the very few times we needed something. It was worth every cent! I hope to be back there as soon as I can!

One of the best Airbnb I've been able to do, there's almost EVERYTHING available, all TV subscriptions etc..and the host is super responsive frankly amazing!

Very safe place with 4 stages of the entrance.(2 building doors, secured elevator and unit door with a key) Other things are clear to open with her guidance and elevator and unit door can be little bit tricky . Elevator: press floor number and the passcode for the elevator. Unit door: turn left the key and hold it while turn the knob and push the door t the same time.

We rented this place for a family weekend. Everything was perfect. We were 8 adults. The living room is very nice The kitchen is well equipped . Other amenities are as described Bedding, bathrooms, and The house is very clean. Congratulations! We highly recommend this rental.

Bernard and his wife are very helpful and accommodating. The garden around the house is very well maintained the house is very clean. I highly recommend it.

We stayed two days at Sandra's house,the house is awesome, there was nothing missing, large beds and very comfortable mattresses, there were washing machines and large dryers, they had towels , coffee machines, Vamos was better than a hotel !!! Without a doubt Sandra was very kind from the beginning and communication with her was excellent, she was pending all the time of our arrival that was quite late!! We were a group of 13 people and the truth was that it was a wonderful experience!! If I go back to paris or Disney I would definitely love to stay at Sandra's house again. I recommend it to the maximum!

Although we were not able to meet Emilie in person, she was always attentive and available for any questions or situations. The house is very cozy, spacious and tastefully decorated, taking care of every detail to make you feel at home, I think it is nicer in person than in the photos. It also has laundry and access to a private park, which makes it even more comfortable for extended stays. The environment is very calm and perfect to rest, without being far from the center of Paris. A few meters away there is a bus stop that leads directly to the train station, which makes it very easy to transfer. The garden is a big plus: spacious, with lots of greenery, rockings to relax and a barbecue ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Everything invites you to stay longer. I would definitely recommend this place and come back without any hesitation.

Many thanks to Laurie Anne We had a great stay, the house is clean and nice. The forest is at the bottom of the garden which makes it very easy to get away in a bucolic setting. Our stay at Olivia & Dom's place went wonderfully well. The space is impeccable. Very clean, charming, easily accessible by metro and tram from Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with the ability to park a vehicle easily. Shops nearby. The garden and spacious terrace are pleasant. Perfect for a large family.

Had a great stay in Paris, this small cottage was very cozy and great to share on a friends trip to paris, would work great for a family as well! the area was really safe and walking distance from all touristic places! Would definitely stay there again :)) keep in mind that the restroom does not fully close which was the only downside when it’s a bigger group.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Well-equipped and super convenient accommodation next to CDG. There were 5 of us and everything went well. The host was available and very attentive.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and beautifully remodeled to make it very modern and up to date. The large living room was a great gathering place for our family. The kitchen is also nice and large with updated amenities. Bedi’s was extremely helpful and responsive to us. My family voted this living unit to be one of the highlights of our Paris vacation! It is in a great location with nearby metro stops and many Paris tourist spots within walking distance. And several delicious bakeries (and many restaurants) all within a block or two.
