Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

In a magnificent town house built in 1600, an independent duplex with a large, fully equipped kitchen-diner. TV room and 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom and wardrobe closet. In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on 2 levels in the historical heart of Paris, the Ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame. Seven windows, of which two are along the quai aux Fleurs and face the Hotel de Ville, allow the apartment to be flooded with light. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first Paris harbor.
