What a sensational house! If you are in doubt to book, DON'T STAY!!! Vc will have wonderful moments in Mr Errol's space. And what a human being so dear! guided us with all attention and affection in everything we needed. The back yard delighted us with the view of the lagoon! Impeccable rooms with wonderful beds and breathtaking views. The large kitchen with barbecue invites us to a good chat between friends. The super-loved neighbors tbm, gave hints of fishing places. The house has period furniture that brings us back to wonderful times. It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

We like the apartment very much, the place is very welcoming and pleasant, the decoration combines with the beach, several points that refer to the beach environment, such as oars, paintings and other details. The size is very good for 2 people, in our view, more people would be tight. About the bathroom/box, I'm 1.85 cm tall and I'm slim, based on that, the box's width was at the limit to be ideal, so if it's taller or big, it might get a little tight. The acoustics are very good, just a few moments in the upstairs apartment when they played with dogs (it seemed like playing ball), when they ran from one side to the other quickly, you could listen a little, but for us that is not a problem, because we live in an apartment so we are used to it. A detail, we do not know if the apartment above is resident or per night and in this day there were the dogs. Daniel was very helpful and attentive in the whole process, we really like everything in general!

The house is incredible. we went into a large group and served everyone perfectly. all installations and equipment working and when it took an assistance was promptly resolved. The Nati host in all contacts responded in a matter of minutes with a lot of education and attention. The house was decisive for the beauty of our holidays. It's perfect. It's far beyond our expectations.

The apartment is impeccable! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed! The common area of the barbecue and pool is amazing! Amamos! Rodrigo was very friendly and flexible! I highly recommend and we will be back for sure! Thank you for your hospitality!

SEN-SA-CIO-NAL! We spent a wonderful family weekend with 11 well accommodated people in the 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Ample leisure space with sandy court, pool, barbecue, pizza oven, oven for rib floor fire... Anyway, very complete. We'll be back soon!

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Note: there was even a mime on the arrival we loved... thank you for everything!

Surprised our expectations! We accommodated very well 7 Adults and two children. The house was ideal for providing the space for my birthday and engagement with the participation of more people during the day. Very well organized,equipped and clean. We thank Jacson and his wife for the special moment he has given us at the 57th warmth this weekend.

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment. The check in was very quick and easy, done directly at the condominium gatehouse. The apartment was clean and organized. It had everything to spend a great season in the place. Near the beach, with chairs and sunshine available for use. The host was always helpful and quickly answered questions. I recommend if you want to spend a pleasant time with the family.

It was pleasant days and the place corresponds to the listing... I recommend... near the sea and with a very tasty pool... A single observation: it could have a microwave.

Back to Casa 7 was, once again, an amazing experience. This is our second year in a row and we already plan to return. We were my wife, my son, my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law, my aunt, my grandmother and a friend. Last year we were 12 people, and the house offers real comfort for that number. It has five en-suite bedrooms, spacious and comfortable spaces, and the best - your backyard is the beach! I go straight out to the sea, something unique. This year we loved the renovation of the quincho and grill, it was beautiful. Every year we see improvements, and that speaks to the commitment of Sayonara, the host, who takes care of every detail. The house meets and exceeds what it promises. We had beautiful days, full of peace, laughter and unforgettable moments as a family. Casa 7 is already part of our best memories.

Hosts note 10!! The village has served us in everything we need!! Bedding, sheets, extremely smelling pillows!! Excellent location!! the village met my expectations!!

The stay in Mark's space was exactly what we expected. He was very attentive throughout our entire experience, always available to answer questions and help with whatever was necessary. The place is comfortable, well organized and perfectly suited our needs. I recommend it!

Prainha Beach House is perfect. Communication with Angela and Jorge to arrange check-in and check-out times was easy and quick. They're very polite. The space is wonderful: super clean, fragrant linens and blankets, full kitchen and a coffee machine that I want to buy. In addition to having a barbecue with everything you need, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The Internet is also very good, my husband needed to work during the week and made calls with ease. The house is close to the beach, and the deck allows you to see how the waves are and whether the beach is too crowded or not. My dog loved the space on the grounds. 🐕🤍 And to top it off, there's still a booklet with an indication of everything you have to do nearby: restaurants, surf lessons, pilates, best place to buy a bikini... I definitely recommend it and intend to return!

The house is simple but very clean, well cared for and equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay. The housekeepers, as well as the host, were always very helpful and friendly. It is very close to the beach, as well as markets, bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants. I recommend it.

Apartment well located. Very clean and organized place. Air conditioning in all rooms. I only found the mattress of the room in which I was a little hard, but nothing that bothered me much.
