Our house is fantastic with a spectacular sea view. Ideal for people seeking tranquility, nature, beautiful landscapes, beaches and at the same time wishing the convenience of being close to downtown Paraty. We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande we have a market, fishmonger and local fishermen, no need to go downtown for basic shopping.

Living room with fireplace, cable TV, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, 2 sinks, table and support benches, complete utensils. We have a huge backyard (great for your pet), an electronic gate and a garage for 2 cars, as well as a swimming pool, barbecue and pizza oven.
