We are a little above the level of the beach, with a amazing sea view! It is 1500 m2, surrounded by a lush Atlantic Forest, with many fruit trees. Beside, we have a beautiful river with waterfalls and wells. Our structure has two chalets, a wooden house and an outdoor kitchen.

O condomínio possui somente 17 casas, píer próprio, praia privativa, jacuzzi, sauna, academia, sala de gelo (com direito a 2 sacos por dia) e rodeado por natureza. Ficamos localizados na baia do retiro o que nos permite curtir a praia sem ondas.
