We had a wonderful stay in this super cozy apartment on Imbituba Beach. The space is well decorated, comfortable and with everything we need to make us feel at home. The location is excellent, minutes from the beach, which allowed us to make the most of the look and tranquility of the region. In addition, the host was very attentive and provided us with great tips about the city and its surroundings. We'll definitely be back next time! I recommend this apartment for those looking for comfort and proximity to nature in a charming place!

Wonderful location, fit all complete, everything went smoothly. The region is very beautiful, several beaches nearby to visit. Marta e Paulo have always been very attentive. I recommend it to everyone.

The stay was spotless. Brand new apartment with all planned furniture. The apartment has everything (and a little more..) the q is necessary for a family to enjoy the holidays. We went in 7 people (6 adults + 1 child) and were very well accommodated. Township of the sea, crystalline water. The host Denise met us very well both at check-in and at checkout, she was very helpful, making us feel at home. We hope we will be able to return soon.

The apartment is wide and mt airy, it was organized and clean. It is well located. Mr. Carlos always quickly answered the questions and helped us solve mt coisa. I recommend the apartment mt.

We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

The place is excellent and very exclusive. It is the last plot of a condominium, with a backyard to the lagoon with private access. Very spacious and organized, complete with all the amenities listed. The barbecue area is a little far from the house, giving more privacy to users. However, there are two points that were not clear in the listing. 1 - The common area is shared with another lodging; 2 - The house does not have 4 bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms, both with mezzanines, and in these mezzanines, double beds. That is, there are two full beds in each room. But none of this takes away from the comfort of the house and the tranquility of the place. It was a great stay and I plan to return.

The house and the place are magical. Graziela is the best possible host. Couldn't have wished. We regret and apologize for not being able to make everything as clean and organized as we usually do, but a mishap on the penultimate day made us change the plans of the last one, and to enjoy it a little bit more, we left without organizing everything as we always try to do make. We want to come back often.

Gilberto is a great host, responds super fast and with clear instructions. The site is wonderful with an amazing view. We love our stay and we will be back for sure.

Great house with beautiful views, access to the lake is very easy and the water is great! The house was in perfect condition, clean and beautiful, everything working. The only problem is the distance from the center and the beach, which requires car access, and the stove is weak, making it a little difficult if it is relying on meals at home, but the view more that makes up for these details. Every day of the stay was in sunshine, providing an incredible landscape of the lake.

Casinha super pleasant, facing the sea! It had everything we needed to enjoy a good time. I went with my husband and my mother.. made me want to stay longer!

Literally a paradise! You can feel the care in every detail. We had beautiful days with our two little dogs who also loved the space. The lagoon is wonderful, you can go kayaking every day, and the sunset is a sight to behold. Super quiet and private, the paradise house enchanted us, the hostess Jailza and her family are very dear! We recommend it and are already planning our return. A place where peace reigns!

The house is amazing, the place extremely beautiful exactly as advertised. The house was prepared on a whim for our stay and it was a wonderful experience. The place is quiet, perfect for those looking for a place to rest near nature. In addition, it is close to the lake and to beautiful beaches. We love and spend perfect days in memory. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment! The living room is large and integrated into the kitchen, which generates a very cozy atmosphere to be among friends/family. The rooms are air-conditioned, just not in the living room. The location is very good! It has a great bakery practically on the same block of the property and also a huge square (for those with children it is perfect). The main street of the center is about three blocks away… great for walking as well. Matheus was super attentive, we recommend staying at this place !!!

Apartment exactly as in the photos, clean, all well tidy, with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too much rules for use but these are condominium rules. About the Host's responsibility part, all great!

Perfect description of the place. Excellent location. Veronica was very sweet throughout the entire stay. Luís was present and kind in our needs. I recommend the place with great tranquility.

Fit exactly as in the photos, with everything we needed. Perfect for those who have pets, when we went they had more dogs in the building, which made us more relaxed about any barking. Balcony in the bedroom with a beautiful view! 2 km from the village beach, which is wonderful. Ideal place to rest, even at Christmas the beach was not crowded. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved staying in Auri's apartment. It is spacious, with an excellent living area and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. The property was super clean and we felt very much at home because the space is very cozy, had everything we needed and is very well maintained. All the details (decoration, towels, bed linens) made our stay very pleasant. Auri was super attentive and in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we had a good experience.
