Everything was good. One aspect to improve is the noise at night of a type of machine that sounds, otherwise perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Zoila’s apartment in Otavalo. Our multigenerational family visit consisted of 8 people ranging in age from 81 years old to a year old baby, and Zoila’s place met all of our needs! The apartment is roomy and very secure. The location near the market, shops and restaurants can’t be beat! Having a washer and dryer on the premises was a great convenience. The kitchen was clean with modern appliances and met our needs for family breakfasts and small meals throughout our 10 day stay. Although the bathrooms are small, the hot water for showers is always plentiful. Zoila always quickly responded to any needs or questions, and even waited to warmly welcome us at 3:00 am after a flight delay! We felt that Zoila’s apartment was a great value, and we would not hesitate to book her place for future stays in beautiful Otavalo!

Nanja and Klaus are wonderful hosts who are attentive and caring. The location is gorgeous, with mountain views and surrounding nature. Stayed for 3 months, would stay for many more. Thank you!

The room is very clean, very comfortable and super well organized. Mathias is a very attentive person, I never had problems contacting him, he was always attentive. It provided very detailed and accurate directions, which made the stay easier. I would have liked a little more detail to recognize the building on the outside. Highly recommended.
