Perfect apartment, clean and organized. As I went with my son, I had to make food and make snacks and other things for him to eat and I had everything I needed in the kitchen, a medium to large market very close to the apartment and many restaurants and shops on the main avenue, I felt at home because I didn't have to move much to get what I wanted. The apartment is very nice and cozy, modern and versatile. I will definitely need to return to Ipatinga for work and I will continue to book this apartment with Valéria. Leonidia was a great host, friendly and attentive. We had to change dates and she was super understanding. It also made one more bed for us, we were in 3 people and for work. The accommodation was great, the house extremely clean and organized, with good space as well. The bathroom is large and the whole house is well equipped. We didn't lack anything.

Thiago is a VERY COOL guy, the house is simple, but very cozy and well equipped. The house does not have Internet, but it has a TV with a lot of channels, if I need to stay in the region again, it will be my first option. Well located and quiet in the neighborhood. Thiago is an excellent host.
