The design of the apartment has a beach theme with a blue palette and high-end furnishings. This is not a party house as there are many permanent residents in the complex. Please note, the entire complex including the outdoor patio and common area is non-smoking.
What guests are saying:“Such a great stylish Airbnb in a perfect oceanside location. The ocean views from the living room and master bedroom were incredible. We loved everything about it. It was perfect for my family of 7. We stayed over Christmas week and the host had a Christmas tree set up for us. That was a very nice extra touch. Honestly, I was not familiar with the area of Imperial Beach and was hopeful that I liked the area and that it was safe. I was pleased with both. It felt very safe and low key. It was quiet at night and we slept great. There are several good restaurants within walking distance (tacos across the street) and a short drive to grocery stores, gas stations and an under 30 minute drive to San Diego. The drive through Coronado is beautiful. We loved walking on the beach and visiting the nearby bird estuary. We hope to return to Imperial Beach soon.”
This gorgeous two bedroom, two bath home is Ocean front with your own private balcony. There are views of the ocean as well as the mountains where you can watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The Pacific Ocean can be seen from the living room, dining room table, and our personal favorite, the balcony. The kitchen includes a stainless steel stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The neighboring area has great places to dine or enjoy night life.
What guests are saying:“Tamara's place deserves 10 stars. The view was BREATHTAKING. The apartment was clean, and pretty roomy. We slept soooo good, with the windows open, AND the Ocean waves as our lullaby... I absolutely LOVED IT! I LOVE THE OCEAN! Super easy to get in and out, loved that we had our own parking space, and simple check-in was great too! I was super thankful for the kitchen amenities, we were able to cook all of the days we were there, all three meals, no issues. I also really appreciated the amount of extra towels! A couple things I would suggest: -Replacing the remote in the master bedroom, and the towel rod in the bathroom that is on its last legs -Also, the construction being done on the bottom floor was pretty noisy. I would suggest waiting until guests leave to do construction, (if possible) -Imperial Beach was contaminated during our entire stay, we had no "fun in the sun" and ended up loading up the family, and went to Coronado Beach. I would have appreciated some type of heads up, or warning, on both the contamination of Tijuana sewage and construction. Just minor things, again, I was very much in love with everything, I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! I would love to stay here again for sure! I also want to thank Tamara for being okay with the last minute change up on the amount of guests, we were super thankful that she responded quickly and gave us the OK.”
