Hit the slopes, hike, wine&dine, bike, fish, or enjoy the fireplace. Dalgety is small but you are by no means in the middle of nowhere. The cottage & it’s garden surrounds are yours to enjoy but our home is also on the 8 acres. The cottage is completely private but you may hear occasional kids or dogs playing.

Our 4 cottages each have their own unique aspect. Each cottage is fully solar powered which operates extremely well. The cottages have 2 bedrooms with a large bath room and 2 toilets. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen and a large living area.

Big Yard Escapes has two Tiny Houses set on vast, peaceful bushland near Jindabyne. Mighty gum trees rest on hills rolling down to the rumbling Mowamba River where deer and kangaroos roam.
