Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 metres to a beach with a pier and a beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Valleberga fire station!

Here you live in a small, but spacious house with beautiful views of vast fields in the nice village of Valleberga. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be put together if desired. Downstairs, there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room/study. The nearest beach is 10 km away, but the sea with the fishing village of Kåseberga is 5 km away. In the living room, there is a Futon 140x190 that serves as an extra bed.

The village of Glemmingebro is surrounded by rolling fields with the nearest beach 5 km south. The shipbuilding Ale stones is barely a mile away and Sandhammaren with its sand dunes and white sand is still a few kilometers further east.
