Das Haus verfuegt ueber eine Fussbodenheizung im Erdgeschoss, grosser Wohnkueche, Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ,Wohnzimmer mit Sat TV, Schlafraum mit 4 Betten und einer Terasse mit Blick auf vorbeifahrende Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt , um Norwegens schønste Sehenswuerdigkeiten zu besuchen. Dazu gehøren die Trollstigen , Trollveggen ,Geirangerfjord, Atlantikstrasse,Rosenstadt Molde und Ålesund.

Built in 2024, this is a concept where the guests live close to nature with breathtaking views of high peaks, forests and rivers. At 3km from the centre of Åndalsnes, you are within walking distance to the best hikes, climb sites and swimming spots of the valley. This is a unique experience you won't find elsewhere. Leiligheten på småbruket Fonden er på 60 kvadrat. Ligger langs veien mellom Åndalsnes og Molde. Rolige omgivelser og fantastisk utsikt mot kjente fjell som Romsdalshorn, Trolltindene og Kirketaket. Senger oppredd med sengeklær. To senger på det ene soverommet og køyeseng på det andre. Barneseng tilgjengelig. Håndklær følger med. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken med kjøl/frys og oppvaskmaskin. Spisebord, sofakrok og arbeidspult Vertskapet er lokalkjent i fjellet og kan tilby turtips/guiding.

Jølet! Tenk å ligge svevande over bakken på ei seng av brusande vatn med stjerner i augo! Det er akkurat det du kan oppleve i Jølet, hytta som er spesialdesigna for å gje ein optimal følelse av nærleik til naturen. På kanten av eit jøl, skapt av elva sitt tusenårige strev for å nå fjorden, svevar hytta delvis i terrenget. Liggande heilt for seg sjølv utan nære naboar, men med utsikt over kulturlandskap og bygdelag, er dette ein perfekt stad både for avslapping og aktivitet.

Geiranger Fjord is on UNESCO´s World Heritage List, and has a stunning nature worth visiting.

Beautiful new cottage with all facilities. Here everything is ready for a fantastic stay. Short way to most things, Trollstigen, Trollveggen, Atlanterhavsveien, Romsdalseggen, Molde. Or just sit on the front porch to enjoy the view and watch the cruise ships sail by. The cottage is a perfect starting point for summit hikes summer and winter in beautiful Rauma with its majestic mountains. Short way to beautiful Skorgedalen with ski lifts trails in the winter.

Modern cabin w/ spectacular sea view / evening sun

Modern cabin with spectacular view of the fjord and sea. Sunshine (if lucky) until 10:30 pm in the summer. Big terrace with a gas grill for eating out. Distance to Molde centre 10-12 minutes by car. We have a small boat w/10 HP engine in the nearby Marina Saltrøa, around 5 minutes walk from the cabin, which can be used for free if the weather conditions are good enough. Just pay for the gasolin. Fishing gear at your disposal at the cabin.
