It has been gradually renovated and revitalized (currently in the process of revitalization), with whitewashed clay walls, natural Kenji-ji bamboo fences, and more.Originally an old house opened as an almost 100% inbound accommodation.We are conducting a semi open-air bath in the interior of the warehouse and renovation work centered around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are three moss gardens: the front garden, the middle garden, and the back garden. This is a private rental accommodation surrounded by the rich nature of Kochi Prefecture, limited to one group per day. We carefully renovated a 40-year-old traditional house, preserving the old beams and windows, and created a space where you can relax with family and friends. Outside the window, there is a traditional Japanese landscape of rice fields and mountains. You can enjoy the scenery that changes with the seasons from the living room and sunroom. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests. We also provide baby chairs, baby baths, baby futons, and toys so that families with small children can also have a comfortable stay. There is also an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a garden deck where you can have a BBQ, and a cypress bath. It is about 40 minutes by car from Kochi Airport, with easy access from Kochi Station, and is a convenient location as a base for travelling around Shikoku. Located in the Niyodo River basin, it is also within an hour's drive of popular spots on the Niyodo River, known as the "Miracle Clear Stream." It also has good access to Matsuyama and Takamatsu, and is chosen by many guests as a place to stay when travelling around Shikoku. It is an old-fashioned house with a magnificent main pillar, earthen walls, and built-in storage, but the first floor is completely covered with cedar boards, giving it a new feel. The water area features a newly built island kitchen and a large wash basin. The bath is a Goemon bath that uses both wood and gas, so you can cook with wood or use hot water. Outside the house, there is a friendly sign cat named Aosuke, who will come up to you if you are outside. It is located about 15 minutes by car from the Ishikari Mountain ropeway, making it easy to get to the mountains.

Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.
