LJ’s Beach House is located in beautiful North Jacksonville Beach. The House offers 3 bedrooms/2 full baths. Sleeping arrangements can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and provides the perfect getaway, family vacation, office retreat or just time away from the daily grind. The outdoor area is a tropical oasis where you can relax/unwind. Backyard includes a large pool, connected hot tub, fire pit, large covered porch and ample outdoor seating. It’s not the ritz, but if you’re looking for a deal without all the hidden fees, this is your spot! Our cleaning fee is only $20 no matter how many nights you stay. Our dog fee is $30 per trip for 1 dog. +10 for each add A 2 night minimum is required for major holiday weekends, TPC, and Florida Georgia weekends.
