So happy we didn’t stay in Armidale and found Elmswood Uralla instead. Everything about Elmswood is relaxing . The cottage is cosy without feeling too small. You have all the appliances to make your stay comfortable and the breakfast items provided were above the norm. The garden was beautiful and the morning mist winding through the garden was lovely. Uralla is a lovely township but when she shows off her autumn colours Uralla glows . Thanks Rob , our Elmswood stay was relaxing , exactly what we were looking for . Would we stay here again , yes we would & you should too

This was perfect for our stay. Located in one of the more beautiful streets of Tamworth, we were very happy with the space, especially the lovely bathroom. The king sized bed was so comfortable, and there was a selection of snacks and breakfast items which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

The house was clean and ready upon arrival. A beautifully decorated home with all necessary items provided. The extras provided for breakfast ; coffee pods, bread, jams, butter, and milk, were a nice touch. The safety measures like a fire blanket, emergency evacuation map and emergency contact numbers were well displayed. Beautiful throw pillows added an extra coziness to the place. Would highly recommend Sarah's place.

A beautifully renovated house with very comfortable beds and heating, along with everything needed to have a relaxing stay .

Helen’s house was in a great location; close to the cbd but very quiet. House amenities were very good with everything needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. Helen went out of her way to check that we were happy. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was amazing. Modern and well appointed. The owners even stocked us up with fresh fruit, a cake and the pantry had more than we could have asked for in essentials. A great place for us to base ourselves when we were visiting family. We will definitely stay again.

A beautiful space with all you need, well thought out and appointed, very comfortable bed. I loved it.

Cottage was as described, cosy and clean. Rain prevented us from making use of deck area, but outlook from inside cottage was still lovely. We enjoyed going out to local restaurants for dinner and coming back to cosy warm cottage and indulging in some Netflix etc. We loved the fact that the cottage is on a rural property, but was less than 10 minutes drive to Armidale and its many lovely restaurants and cafes, one morning we were even visited by some kangaroos.

We were visiting family in Armidale over Easter and this was an ideal base for catching up with them, grocery shopping, eating out or cooking a meal and just relaxing and having some down time. Wonderful to get out of the car in the evening or look out of a window early in the morning and see the milky way.
