Enjoy your very own country living retreat! Our pet friendly home sleeps 8 with a large fenced in yard, so bring the kids & furry friends. There is a big backyard and lots of trees providing privacy. The fence is older but secure enough for your pets. Guests please know this is an older house inside. The finishes are older and cheaper. We are 1 min from I-95 & within 15 minutes of restaurants, golf course, & wedding venues. Guests that are very sensitive to smell should not book this place

Keep in mind this is a basement apartment and has its own private entrance around the back through the side alley next to the garage, does not have cooking capabilities, nevertheless, we have a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a small fridge. The first and second floor of the house is also an Airbnb. Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, smoking is permitted outdoors. This unit is located downtown Ipswich on the third floor with a beautiful view where you can enjoy sunsets and have a place to hang out. NOT RECOMMENDED for elderly people because of the stairs. there are three sets of stairs, also if you are traveling with young children or toddlers need to be aware of the height and the whereabouts.
