From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).

I'm proud to say my home was featured in Bad Sisters Season two (Grace's house) on Apple TV. It's a Coastal haven, sleeps two/ suitable for couple or single guest . Situated on its own beach, fall asleep to the song of the sea waves. Peaceful location, close to Dublin airport ( 20 mins drive) Dublin City centre 30 mins by train from Rush and Lusk station after 10 min bus journey. The bus to Dublin city is 1 hr 15 mins away..
