This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

Relax and unwind in this beautifully updated 2 bedroom home conveniently located just 8.5 miles from Downtown Rochester in the town of Penfield bordering the the town of Webster- “Where Life is Worth Living”. You will love the location with shopping, movies, entertainment, and of course, lots of restaurants all very close by. A hop, skip and jump away from beautiful Irondequoit Bay, take this opportunity to rent boats, kayaks and paddle boards and enjoy all the area has to offer.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no check out “chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.
