There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Casa totalmente recomendable, equipada con todas las comodidades y muy muy limpia, no falta ningún detalle Ubicada en una zona tranquila, con multitud de jardines para pasear y cerca de la playa del mar menor. Sin duda repetiremos David - Larisa - Atreyu

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

What a fantastic place to stay for our visit to Cartagena! Carlos’s house was beautifully furnished, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The house felt very airy and light which was great for us. The kitchen was a perfect size for our needs and the dining area and lounge were great for relaxing. The bathrooms were just right, with good space and very clean and tidy. The bedroom was a relaxing place to rest and sleep at the end of a busy day visiting sites, restaurants etc. The roof terrace was fantastic, so good to be able to sit up there and enjoy a coffee and glass of wine. Right from the initial communications Carlos gave us all the information we needed to get to the house as well as information about places to eat and things to see / do. Engaging with Carlos was great he was friendly, professional and polite. I also appreciated that he didn’t bombard us with messages, he just gave us exactly what we needed. A great place to stay, a fantastic host, thank you so much ☺

Decir que desde el primer momento la comunicación fue muy buena. Teniamos un evento y necesitabamos tener una hora de salida flexible y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. La casa esta en una zona tranquila, cuidados todos los detalles, como en casa. Fuimos con una mascota y el lugar tiene espacio de sobra para ella y bien acondicionada en todos los aspectos. El acceso a la casa fue autonoma y sus instrucciones fueron perfectas. Recomendación para encontrar ubicación exacta, si te dirige a una zona donde hay un bar, vuelve hacia atrás o avanza según por donde llegues hasta pasar un puentecito que cruza el rio...ya que por lo que nos comentaron han cambiado la numeración y el google maps a veces te envia a unos 100m. Nos encantó este alojamiento. No nos hizo falta nada... Barbacoa en la terraza, muy agradable y con privacidad. En la calle se puede aparcar sin problemas. Hay una playa muy bonita y muy cerca. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y Margarita fue super amable, comunicativa y flexible para satisfacer nuestras necesidades de viaje (2 parejas). Sin duda volveremos! 😃

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Aus unserer Sicht jedoch eher für eine Familie mit einer jüngeren Tochter geeignet, da im 2. Schlafzimmer nur ein schmales Bett steht und wie ein Spielzimmer für kleine Mädchen gestaltet ist. Der Geschirrspüler ist sehr klein und schwer zu befüllen. Alles andere hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

We hebben een geweldige 10 dagen gehad in de woning. Het huis is schoon en netjes. Het verwarmde zwembad was wel de kers op de taart. Zwembad was zeer schoon.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner dans ce logement. Il est très bien situé dans un parc naturel, avec vue sur les montagnes et la nature alentour. Le chant des oiseaux le matin, l'odeur de la pinède, les promenades dans les alentours, la proximité du sanctuaire de la Fuensanta (ses messes chantées de toute beauté, les vues sur la vallée, le restaurant Quitapesares) où on peut arriver à pied, de la Cresta del Gallo avec de beaux sentiers sur les sommets à parcourir...sans oublier l'espace piscine avec BBQ, dont on aurait davantage profité s'il n'avait pas plu autant (ce qui était assez exceptionnel pour un mois de mars). Par contre les moments de soleil et de chaleur on les a hautement appréciés. La maison avait toute les commodités. On aimerait y revenir.

Aanrader! Hartstikke fijn verblijf gehad in Casa Coco. Met twee jonge kinderen waren we op zoek naar een huisje met tuin, een zwembad in de buurt, speelgelegenheid, ruimte om buiten te kunnen zitten (ook als de jongste overdag slaapt) en geen overvol terrein. Wat een oase van rust. Het is zo'n heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen maar waar ook voldoende afleiding is: met regelmaat een ander gezin met kinderen, maar ook met regelmaat het zwembad voor jezelf (wel wat fris). Daarnaast een ruime eigen tuin met jacuzzi (fantastisch!). Alles is aanwezig, van kinderbestek tot wc-verkleiner. Twee slaapkamers, altijd donker ivm rolluiken. Mogelijkheid tot verwarmen en verkoelen van ruimtes door meerdere systemen in het appartement. En dan het resort: je kunt er heerlijk eten (ook afhaal) en we hebben begrepen dat er in de zomerperiode nog veel meer te doen is. Een reden om terug te komen dus!

This is our second time to stay at the villa. Javier is very quick to communicate, and always very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the new washing machine and tv. The villa is perfectly located and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

If you travel with kids, don't hesitate, don't look further, just book. A very well maintained property, with a very large garden where children can enjoy a trampoline, pool, bunch of other tools and toys. Icing on the cake feeding the rabbit and chickens. Well positioned to go out and explore the coastal area or inland city like Murcia. Ginés is a great trustworthy host which also came up with a great set of recommendations throughout our stay for restaurants and markets.

Vi kjenner MMGR godt i fra tidligere opphold, men det var 5år siden sist. Det er er ett hyggelig, velstelt og trygt sted for store og små. Hadde vi noen spørsmål så svarte verten veldig raskt-og ting løste seg på en fin måte. En hyggelig vert på ett fint og hyggelig sted.

Cabo Tinoso est un lieu de vacances absolument charmant, idéal pour ceux qui recherchent une immersion dans la nature au cœur du sud espagnol. Le site est très agréable, avec des plages à proximité qui permettent de faire de belles découvertes. La piscine est également un atout majeur, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration. Le restaurant sur place est un véritable atout, même s'il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas ouvert tous les jours de la semaine. Les soirées concerts sont une autre excellente raison de visiter cet endroit ; profiter de la musique sous les étoiles ajoute une touche magique à votre séjour. Dans l’ensemble, Cabo Tinoso offre un cadre idyllique et des activités variées qui rendent les vacances vraiment mémorables.

Hemos estado en la casa de Brigitte mi familia y yo, fue una estancia estupenda. Yolanda la que cuida de la finca siempre pendiente y amable, muy flexible en la hora de entrada, la casa muy cómoda. Lo único que falta es un aire acondicionado pues hace mucho calor, pero en el anuncio no ponía aire acondicionado así que no fuimos engañados, solo comentó para mejorar la finca ya que es espectacular en todo. Además las playas y el pueblo magnífico de bonito y tiene todo que necesitamos para unas vacaciones muy buenas. Muchas gracias Brigitte y Yolanda por todo, lo recomiendo seguro.

Fab accommodation clean and easy to access, central location to lots of bars and restaurant 5 minutes walk to the beach and boulevard, friendly host and very helpful, would recommend staying here.

Nos encanto el apartamento y la zona. Tiene un paseo a pie de playa al girar el edificio y a 8 minitos andando de una playa pequeña y nada masificada. La piscina esta muy bieny el piso nos encanto. Irina y su amiga estuvieron muy atentas. 100% recomendable y un sitio al que volveriamos. Gracias por todo irina
