Fully equiped kitchen, cable TV, Apple TV, wifi, airconditioner. marketplace and CVS crossing the street. Just next to Royal Sonesta Hotel, nearby restaurants. PR electric source is very fragile. Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.
