Very quiet place with almost no neighbors on a deep water canal with excellent fishing and bayside access. 30 feet of dock to park a boat or just enjoy sunsets over the lagoon and watch the resident family of manatees. Walking distance to a beach, convenience store and a fish market with fresh local seafood. The entire property is 100% solar powered. The house is a duplex and I live on one side.
