The house is located 3 km outside Estancia. 10 minutes walk to a resort with restaurant and pool. 1st floor have 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and receivingroom. 2nd floor is occupied by the host. 3rd floor have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a 30 sqm balcony with seaview.
