It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

This apartment is huge with many period features and boasts a massive lounge with log burner and bay window and quite possibly the largest sofa you will ever see. There is a well equipped galley kitchen, separate office area, dining area and 2 further seating areas. Upstairs there is a main bedroom with en suite shower room and a second bedroom with a separate luxury bathroom. It sleeps 4 adults / children. The en-suite has 1 King size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The cottage has original features, a south facing aspect and has a very cosy feel. It is centrally located and ideal for exploring the island. The Douglas to Peel Heritage Footpath/Cycleway is close by.
