Waterfront vacation rentals in Isle of Man

We spent the last week at the Hot Tub by the Waterfall and can't recommend it enough. Tim was a perfect host, great communication and so helpful and kind. The house was lovely, so well set out, with tvs in bedrooms if needed, the showers were so nice to use and such comfy bedding which was lush after a busy day visiting the areas nearby. The hot tub was amazing, with a beautiful outside area, sitting in the hot tub with the sounds from the nearby waterfall and weir, just under the moon, perfect! Also, the view from the bedrooms of the trees and waterfall, stunning! We all really enjoyed our stay and we had family visit for a bbq who were also impressed with house and facilities. We would happily book again!!!

After a very long journey to get from the USA to the Isle of Man, we landed at Zoe’s and what a lovely stay we had. The bed was so very comfortable! The apartment was well-appointed and spotless. Located in the heart of all things, walkable to restaurants and shops, yet the apartment is absolutely quiet. Would definitely stay here again on future visit.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchenette was kitted out with everything we needed for our stay. We particularly appreciated the cupboard of cooking essentials and the small milk in the fridge. A lovely touch. The instructions for arrival were clear and made the check in process worry free. We would definitely stay again in the future if we were ever to visit the Isle of Man again. Thank you so much.

At first I thought it was maybe a little pricey, but to be honest it immediately felt like home and the location could not be better. We all loved it, especially our sheepadoodle Toby who enjoyed watching pooches and owners pass by every morning and he enjoyed every minute of playing on the beach, he made a lot of doggy friends and checked his peemails every morning to see who was playing out. We will be returning and Lynsey is the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble and we weren’t rushed out on our last day, which gave us an extra day to enjoy the sun and the facilities. Thank you both for making us all feel so welcome and being flexible to our changing ferry travel schedule. We all feel you both went above and beyond what we would expect of a host but it made our stay more pleasurable and we have been able to make some fun family and friend memories. We were blessed with good weather, always a benefit but we feel despite this we would have been able to enjoy the property and gardens in less clement weather. Thank you, I wish you both well and we would hope to return in the future.

Great location, well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and exceeded expectations. Excellent views over shore and local wildlife. Castletown is a great base for enjoying the south of the island

WOW what a week we had at the lighthouse - A sheer wondrous spectacle standing proud on the headland as we sailed into the harbour ! We were met by Nikki at the house who has been fantastic throughout our stay. The house was absolutely brilliant with incredible views from every window! It was remarkably spacious and room for everyone beautifully decorated and well equipped - we wanted for nothing and had to pinch ourselves that we were staying there it was such a privilege! Nikki, Richard and the team went above and beyond to welcome our family and we really appreciated everything ! We had a glorious week of sunshine but it’s a place that gives you drama whatever the weather ! The dolphin jumping clean out the water while we were looking out of the kitchen window was a sight to be hold! We had family from 6 years to 69 and all had a phenomenal holiday - we hope to return - it’s a great base to tour the IOM - so many memories made in a really special unique place - Awesome!

We had an excellent stay. It was very enjoyable, the cottage was just like described and John was very helpful and responsive and friendly. We felt welcome and at home. We might come back if life allows it! Very highly recommended.

Kathryn’s place is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. She is genuinely a super host and a great designer. The attention to detail in the apartment is exquisite. Kathryn has inspired me to do more to welcome guests through interior design features in my own home. The location is perfect with the sound of the sea and gulls gently nudging you deeper and deeper into relaxation. Arrival felt like landing in heaven and that sense never waned.
