The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

The villa Zoro is situated in the middle of Istria near Pazin. The place is small with very lovely inhabitants. The surface of a villa is 70 m2 with two floors. On the ground floor is kitchen, upstairs are bedrooms.The important thing is a spacious garden with a pool of 48 m2, and barbecue with an outside furniture. The entire experience of your vacation will be complemented by the Istrian style of the garden surrounded by greenery. In front of the entrance to the garden there is a parking lot.

We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away.
