The stay at the floating house was excellent. The space in the houses is used very clever, so you have enough room for plenty of your stuff, and it feels much larger than we expected by the photos. The location is great,it is in the Marina Veruda. You can use the services and locations the Marina provides (Restaurant,Bar,Pool, a small Shop, ATM etc.). To the next beach it is about 20 min through the marina or on the other side to the Verudela peninsula. Or you can hire a small boat directly from the 3maran-team to get to the next beaches or islands. The contact at the location was perfect. Any small Problems,any questions were handled/answered in minutes. Nice home,great location, perfect service. We can absolutly recommend the floating houses! Thank you very much.

The contact was particularly pleasant. Proactive and engaged. Once on site, direct contact was possible and nice communication. We have experienced our stay as particularly pleasant. E accommodation was neat and clean. A good air conditioning and a nice and neat swimming pool with outdoor shower. By car, you are about 5 minutes on the coastline, where there are small coves where you can snorkel well and where there is plenty to do for children. All in all, a few wonderful days. With a great host and great amenities. Thank you very much for the good care and the nice stay. We'd love to come back!

The visit was very nice. The connection to neighboring cities is very good. In addition, the village has a very good pizzeria, which should definitely be visited. Furthermore, the apartment was very nice and you felt at home a lot.

great area if you're looking for peace. Many beautiful bays, but difficult to reach, either 20 min. walk or an SUV would be necessary. But there is also a rocky bay with 8 min. drive away, where dogs are also allowed. Vilma and Zladko are super nice hosts. We really felt welcome. And we also spent a few evenings together, with half Italian and half German ;) Own oil, wine, and schnapps are recommended! Thanks Vilma and Zladko for the wonderful time at your place.

We really enjoyed the two weeks. The vacation home is perfectly designed for couples. Upon arrival, we were already very warmly welcomed by Silvana with coffee and cake. The layout of the vacation home was ideal. On the quiet & shady terrace overlooking the sea & greenery, you were sometimes even greeted by deer. The house had modern air conditioning, which provided pleasantly cool temperatures in the house despite 35-38 degrees outside. The bathroom had a spacious shower, a washing machine and was freshly renovated and very clean. The kitchen was small but well divided, very nice and clean and well equipped e.g. bottle opener, corkscrew, bread knife, etc. There were two hotplates, an oven, spacious fridge and freezer. All rooms were nice and very tidy and there was even cleaning after the first week. Silvana always provided us with small Croatian delicacies, was always open to questions and available

Communication with the host was excellent. He accommodated us and accommodated us in the morning. The place was generally clean, with a private garden with a seating area. There are beautiful clean water beaches within walking distance. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We felt very comfortable right away! Katarina welcomed us in a very friendly and helpful way and gave us great tips for the area. It has everything you need, very clean with a great garden. Access to the sea is fantastic. Everything great!

We had a very nice holiday here, together with our dogs. The bungalow was completely sufficient and well furnished for us. Only a few more outlets and a better Wi-Fi would be good for us pampered cell phone j*****s. ;-) Alex is a very friendly host who also speaks excellent German. The location of the bungalow is also a plus. In a small side street, the village shop and also the beach are within walking distance (Car also works, of course, because Krk is hilly). Otherwise, Pinezici is a small dreamy village that lives from the convenient location by the sea and the accompanying tourists. The beach is, as usual in Croatia, stone and the water is simply fantastic. The dog beach could be a bit crowded in the peak season, but it was a good fit for us (September). In addition, dogs are also really welcome in the mocca bar located on the beach. We enjoyed it very much on Krk and at Alex's place, thank you. :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s well-located, clean, and very comfortable. The highlight for us was the gas grill on the terrace, which made outdoor cooking easy and fun. This unique feature added so much to our experience. Highly recommended for a great stay!

We enjoyed the time in the house very much and would come back too. Very nice decor and very hospitable owners. Refined our holiday.

We spent a week at the place and were completely satisfied. The place was very clean, stylishly decorated and the pool made the whole thing perfect! The location is also great, the beach as well as restaurants and small shops are within walking distance. You can also get to the city of Pula very quickly. Simply perfect all around!

Very nice floating house in the Marina of Portoroż. Very close to the swimming spot and place on foot. The place was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Ideal for up to 4 people, we had a little tight for six in bad weather. The jacuzzi is definitely a plus! The water in the harbor was also very clean, the backdrop very nice!

Five of us had a great weekend in Portorose. Sea house in marina Portorose was a perfect base for our adventures. My wife and I attended a bike race which started in camp Lucia, about 100 metera away. Center of Portorose, riva, public beach … everything is neaby in a walking distance. Jacuzzi was fantastic for recovery after the race. Thanks for everything, we wil gladly come again …

This is a lovely and cosy cottage, right in the middle of a nature park. The views are beautiful, lots of nice hikes nearby and a great place to relax and enjoy clear skies. We had a wonderful time after a busy period. Only thing to be aware of is that it’s not an easy drive to get up there (one narrow mountain road, and cars go both ways) and there is no proper store nearby so make sure to stock up on food before going up!

Check-in worked great, the beds are comfortable and it has everything you need. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc. There's even a hot tub. Pleasantly warm and great if you want to rest in the evening from a lot of walking in Pula. Everything is very centrally located and you don't need to drive more than 10 minutes to reach attractions, food or beaches. All in all, we were highly satisfied and will book it again if we come back to Pula.

We stayed 4 nights, the place is well built and smells of wood, immersed in silence and tranquility. Super scented sheets and towels, garden full of plants and welcome drinks. Gregor, Stanka and Fiorella have gone above and beyond to make our stay great and give us tips about the area. Very good breakfast, we felt like family!

Great apartment in good location, quick walk to old town and supermarket right next door. Easy safe parking at your doorstop. Very friendly and welcoming host. Fully equipped kitchen.

Dejan’s accommodation is a little gem nestled in the heart of the beautiful Istrian countryside. The pool house, main house, heated pool, and charming garden are all beautifully designed and lovingly decorated with many thoughtful details. The property is located in a lovely village surrounded by fantastic restaurants. We didn’t miss a thing and could hardly believe our luck at being able to spend our Easter holidays in such a wonderful place. The kitchen, bathroom, pool house, etc. are all perfectly equipped. Dejan is an outstanding host. He responded promptly to all messages, provided a perfect guide for the house along with great tips for the area, and left us a very thoughtful welcome gift including wine, olive oil, and a candle. The beach is just under 10 minutes away, but the area is also perfect for hiking and excursions. We can highly recommend this house and would like to sincerely thank Dejan for his excellent care during our stay.

Ivan was always available for questions and helped us out. It was a great stay! The view from the terrace is stunning, the beach is 5 minutes walking distance and at the campsite there is the possibility to buy everything necessary in a small supermarket. Bars and restaurants are also a few minutes' walk away. I would come back anytime! :)

Everything was great. But there would be a microwave oven. There is no preliminaries in all of the second. Very nice!

The stay in this cottage was adventurous and close to nature. Because there is no tap water and electricity, you will live much more consciously, which is a pleasant experience! In the cottage, everything we needed was present. It was very hot and we had to get used to that there is no air conditioning inside, but due to proper ventilation we could withstand it. The surroundings are magnificent, many beautiful coves and of course the wonderful water! The host's service was excellent, she personally welcomed us and showed us around!

MAJDA's BUNGALOW is a little gem! In 25 square meters there is all the comfort you need. We stayed 7 nights with 4 people (2 adults and 2 girls). Majda welcomed us with all the necessary information, welcoming us with local specialties as a welcome. She gave us tips on activities and excursions complete with a handmade map of Slovenia, on which she marked all the main attractions of the place. Never seen so much helpfulness, care and passion in a property! The pool is comfortable, very close to the accommodation. Water always at the right temperature, with the possibility of bathing both at night and with the cover provided. Products from the garden and eggs from the chicken coop available to us. For the girls, everything was really fun Around us an infinite variety of nature and animals of all sizes and colors. Truly a place of peace and relaxation, a great starting point for endless activities. Highly recommended… with all my heart!

Wonderful and private garden, which was completely surrounded by a fence (important for our dog). Nice pool, relaxing. Igors son is a fantastic cook, we highly recommend booking dinners there as often as you can.
