Note: Residential building. - Only registered guests allowed — no visitors. Fine: R$200.00 per person/day. - Keep noise down when entering/exiting the building, especially at night (e.g. loud voices, slamming doors). A couple lives in a studio next to the building's entrance.

Beautiful Beach House

Beautiful beach house, in a gated community, with direct beach access and complete infrastructure; playground, soccer field and volleyball court. As for the house, it is very airy and incredibly ventilated (total spring), close to the beach. Cacha Pregos beach has still waters (like a swimming pool), ideal for children and the elderly. The house is located 200 meters from the beach, approximately 3 minutes on foot.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation! The house is good, the location is quiet, it is a 6 to 7 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. Coroa beach is highly praised by bathers, excellent for children. Those who come really like the coziness of the house.
