Matheus was super attentive from the moment he was still in doubt about the reservation, a place identical to the announced photos, without taking it for anything. Super clean and well maintained environment, bed linens and bathrooms. My family and I felt at home! The place is easy access, surrounded by restaurants and snack bars, with markets a 3-minute walk away. It has a 3 minute walk beach as well, great for walking. The best known beaches of Marataízes are about 20 minutes by car, which was great for me because I was able to get to know it without problems. We stayed 4 days on a holiday weekend and everything was great, note 10! For sure if I return to Marataízes and region will be the first place I will look for to spend the period.

The structure of the house is spectacular! The location is great, with a wonderful sea view!! The tranquility then, there is no talk… we are in eight people and we are all delighted with the structure that the house offers and its location by the sea. The host made all the difference too, considering that it was always accessible and willing to meet the necessary demands!!!

I loved staying in the house. Super comfortable, very clean, the house is very good in terms of space. It is only a bit far from the main avenue, but you can walk quietly. There is a market near and under the house there is a very good cafeteria. I loved the space, Sabrina and her family are very attentive, we will definitely return when we have the opportunity.

Great Place!! Near the beach and many things close if you need, super market, bakery, distributor, hamburger , pizzeria, restaurant… Easy to access place and super simple to find. Well tidy and clean place, exactly as in the pictures and instructions. And great tips for tours, and places to go.

We had a great stay! The apartment is complete, spacious and very well organized. The location is perfect a few meters from the beach and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. In addition, communication with the host was quick and efficient. My parents and I love it.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches.
