Sea front house.. feet in the sand

House on the sand The view is indescribable, a dream to wake up and have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, SmartTV, excellent barbecue space, a vegetable garden and a large garden to enjoy. The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are dark for a good night's sleep!

A sparkling pool is framed by palm trees, with ocean views visible in the distance. The pool area features a spacious deck and is surrounded by well-maintained landscaping, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

Pay up to 6x at no charge. 💳 We are located 5min (by car) from downtown, 1.7km. E 4min of the third stone, 1.3 km. This ad refers to the houses facing our parking lot. (See photos)

You will have private access to the place you choose and maybe chat with the owners who live on the property. We are willing to tell you all the charms that our place on the island of São Chico offers!
