It was the first time I used airbnb, I had no references other than people's references and reviews... so as this helped me a lot, I would like to give my sincere feedback: valerio extremely attentive, answering questions and giving tips... the apartment has nothing to talk about , those who book this apt will not regret... because everything has everything that is described and much more... for example the shower is excellent... outside the extremely perfect place for my stay with my 3-year-old baby, perfect for family, security easy locomotion... tranquillity! Our experience in this apartment was great. Extremely clean place, when we arrived it was very smelling and well set up. It is a large and very cozy place, besides being very quiet and safe. Great accommodation! Keila was very friendly and attentive from start to finish, with clear guidance and care in the smallest detail. The house is excellent and perfectly served me and my family. Great space with plenty of bathrooms and cozy outdoor area. The location is great, with shops close by and beach that you can walk. It was a delight to spend the holiday hosted here, and we will definitely return other times. I highly recommend!!!

I only have thanks for Anete for welcoming us to her house, the house is wonderful, all the rooms are exactly like in the pictures, Anete's mother still received us with a delicious orange cake. The view is spectacular, the beach is very tasty, having breakfast with the sea view makes all the difference. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

The Condominium is spectacular, just as you can see in the publication. I recommend it for families As for Carlos and Sonia, they welcomed us very well, always predisposed and attentive to everything we needed.
