Monthly Rentals in Ithaca Falls

Communicative, helpful & friendly host. Bed was comfortable. Convenient to have access to the kitchen. The room is on the main level, with windows that look out on the street and porch. Sound carries from the main living area. I was visiting my daughter who lives in Ithaca, so I was rarely there, so this was not an issue for me. Plenty of one street parking. Loved the back yard area! Great place to stay!

Nice and cosy room in a comfortable house. I stayed there for 5 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Jyl is very friendly and helpful. The airbnb rooms are located at the back of the house, with a separate entrance for more privacy.

Lovely stay, quiet and charming. Peaceful and private. We felt right at home. 10 minutes from Ithaca’s Commons .. we love to hike and eat food. This stay was perfect for us. Felt at home away from home.

Very cute little apartment within a bigger house. Still felt private even though there were other guests or a family in the house at the same time. It was a little confusing because some of the details mentioned a hot tub, but it didn’t seem useable. So if that’s important to you, you should ask about that. Overall it was just what we needed for the weekend. There was a frat party Saturday night that kept us up a bit, but that is inevitable anywhere close to campus.
