Alessandra's apartment is super comfortable - I loved the stay. The apartment has a great structure and I didn't need to worry about much with my luggage (e.g. towels, bedding, hairdryer). The kitchen has several utensils, super easy for cooking. She was also flexible with the check-out time.

The proximity of USP and the kartódromo make all the difference. Although close to moving streets, the accommodations are extremely quiet at night. The bed was excellent and had great bakeries and foot accessible bars.

I went to Piracicaba with my girlfriend to visit family and enjoy some time off. Our stay in João Paulo's apartment was fantastic! The space is beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The king-size bed was perfect for a restful sleep, and having a separate living area made it feel even more spacious. The heated pool and gym were great bonuses, and the home office setup was very convenient. Everything was well thought out, from the fast internet to the high-quality sound system. On top of that, the host was super helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Both check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience even better. A truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. 5 stars through and through.

The stay is perfect for those who travel alone, close to the Saltos park and restaurant,bakery and market, a beautiful and quiet place to walk, the bedding smelled and the bed is super comfortable too.

My husband and I rented for four nights the flat of Tania, which was very clean when we arrived. There is a practical kitchen with some utensils available for quick meals. The bed is comfortable and the split air conditioner is new and quiet. There is a balcony in the apartment, from where we can see the sunrise. The bathroom is a very good size, with a great shower. We like the spacious garage, and easy to maneuver. There are carts available for the guest to load their luggage. The service at the concierge for check in is fast. We must only fill in a file with the details of the guests and the vehicle. The location is very good. There is a pharmacy, restaurant and a supermarket of the Savegnago network close to the building. Thank you, Tânia, for your kindness with us. See you next time!

The place is very cozy and complete, I felt at home, has all the resources for household chores and an excellent barbecue corner, large, clean and organized space. The location is otima, has a market and prairie less than 2 minutes away, easy access to the ring road and Anhanguera highway. Very good !!! I will be back soon without a doubt.

Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. Great space, very nice backyard and very nice pool. the town is small so everything is very close. should be considered the installation of air-conditioning or ceiling fan.

The house is huge! Spacious rooms, fan available in all rooms, the wonderful outdoor area for children's fun and the pool is a delight! The very helpful, attentive host Carol answered me anytime I needed it. We love our holiday!

As we made the last-minute reservation because it was an emergency trip, there were some limitations that the owner communicated to us at the time of booking. The place is very comfortable and cozy. The vinasse is very quiet. Jaqueline answered our questions promptly. All very easy and simple. A great experience.

Great stay, host Diego was super helpful and the place is cozy and calm, the tv also has netflix and YouTube that I thought was great.

The flat was a little different from the photos. Despite this is super well located, I had no problems with the check in. Overall I had a nice stay.
