She’s was very helpful and a good communicator and also the place was perfect and very beautiful with good view from the balcony to seat and relax.

Lived for a few days — I liked everything. The price is pleasant, the location is convenient: everything I need is ~30 minutes on foot, in all directions. The only downside is that it's cold in the apartment. First, after the heat, it's even a buzz, but in an hour you freeze. I advise you to take warm clothes for the house.

I am very satisfied with my stay in Ternopil. Igor is the best host, attentive, ready to help, met, showed everything, was in touch, warned about the outage of light and water in advance. The apartment is new, freshly renovated, beautiful, spacious, larger than in the photos. I felt safe, comfortable and at home. I am very glad that I chose this apartment from all those presented on the site in Ternopil. I can say with confidence that Igor lives his own business and it is thanks to this that I have only positive impressions. I recommend Oleg, a great person. I booked the apartment at 21:00. Arrived at 9.30 pm and he was able to accommodate me.

I very much enjoyed staying here. The only less than positive thing I could say is the bed is a little bit firm, it is a sofa bed in the unit that I was in. However, that really wasn’t a big deal. Alina is an excellent host, she was helpful with keeping me informed about upcoming power outages. She printed out interesting things for me to do in both English and Ukrainian. She answered all of my questions very quickly, overall I really found this to be a very positive experience. I will stay there again, or in one of Alina’s other apartments, the next time I am in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Victor was super quick to respond and donated the money to charity. I will keep Ukraine in my thoughts and prayers.
