It's a cute, comfy smoke free room with a covered porch (where smoking is permitted), and an en suite bathroom (RV size shower), and small kitchenette (coffee maker, electric kettle, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and ice maker). Private entrance through the gate. Back yard is shared space with main house. There are 2 small dogs, and 3 cats that live on the property. BBQ grill / smoker available.
