Vacation rentals with beach access in Jacaboa

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was absolutely spotless—I could walk around barefoot, and it smelled fresh and clean the entire time. I was initially concerned about GPS issues, but I had no trouble at all using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find it. The location was perfect, and the space was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The outdoor area was stunning, overlooking the mountains, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Although I don’t speak Spanish, the hosts spoke perfect English, which made everything even easier. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este Airbnb en Puerto Rico! Agua Salada was a dream. The apartment was clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe there. The bar and restaurant attached to it was amazing! Fantastic mojitos! And the best part was the location-as oceanfront as you could get. I fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves crashing. And with it being oceanfront, it had access to a private beach. Great for swimming and lounging in the beach chair they keep in the apartment. Kenneth and Juan were both so friendly and attentive. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo was just as described. With a closet containing a small cooler, packable chairs and games/turtle books for kids to play/read. A very nice place to set out with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise before heading to one of the many beautiful beaches. The power went out during our stay and Heather was very committed to making sure we were ok and had everything we needed.

We loved the place! It has an amazing view and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The only thing is that it was very far from San Juan but I guess it was our fault for not checking before the distance. In general everything was good.

What a cute little apartment with a great view! It was clean and easy to access. The beach located across the street is arguably the best beach I have ever been to! Lush palm trees line a virtually private beach experience. It was my little one’s first beach trip and there was ample shade and a nice breeze that offered the perfect setting to set up and hang out for the day. The pool is great and the people we met were all super friendly. And the island dogs are a fun addition :) If you are looking for a chill, relaxing vibe, this is it! There were hardly no tourists around which we love for the authenticity of travel experiences. The only thing was there is no AC in the main living space. It was fine, we adjusted quick and the rooms stayed nice a cool with the wall units in the back. It just threw me off a little at the beginning. Everything was perfect! We would definitely stay again!

One thing I can say is if you book this place and plan on doing a lot of exploring, you won’t! This place was so beautiful we rarely left! The views, the privacy, the house were so beautiful! Bring water shoes for the beach! There are so many beautiful shells on the beach. Great vacation and everyone we met was so kind!!! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Very nice and clean home. Lots of space and had all we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even a bag with snacks. It felt very private and the place was spotless. We could a restaurant close by called Agua Salada Bar and Tapas that was really delicious and friendly.

Our stay at this beautiful property was truly unforgettable. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials including, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, and blender. The living room was a dream, open layout & breathtaking ocean views. The covered porch was perfect for gatherings & we loved using the grill. The gazebo offered a cozy space for conversations while others enjoyed the pool. The pool was perfect, beach towels included. The hammocks were a huge hit. The security gate gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully relax & enjoy our time. Location in the rural southeastern part of the island was a dream, offering a peaceful, serene atmosphere. A standout aspect of our stay was Hector, the property manager, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a perfect experience. Hector was attentive & thoughtful. His kindness and dedication are truly exceptional, making him an invaluable part of the experience. You won’t find another Airbnb with someone as outstanding as him.

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. this place was fabulous! clean, comfortable, and right on the water. we enjoyed some genuine rest and relaxation against a beautiful ocean backdrop. john was responsive and accommodating. we enjoyed our time so much!

If you are looking for a tropical paradise with a stunning home, look no further! Our family of 3 loved every second of our stay here, from waking up to the sound of waves literally across the street to falling asleep to the coqui serenade on the forest behind us. We spent a lot of time after our day trips lounging on the comfortable and breezy porch and our teen had a great time in the pool, especially when it changed colors! Edna was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, with helpful suggestions and even let us eat some of her star fruit off her tree in the yard! Wish we didn’t have to leave 🩵

most beautiful and exceptional homes I've ever stayed in. The entire house was spotless, and every room, bathroom, kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Even my brother, who has stayed at many Airbnbs, said he had never seen a place so thoughtfully and thoroughly prepared. It was clear that the host put a lot of care into every detail. Also grateful for all the amenities: fishing rods, kayaks, beach toys, life vests, and even small but thoughtful items like insect repellent and sunblock—everything was there! But the absolute highlight of this house is... the amazing terrace balcony right inside the home. You can spend all day there fishing, eating, relaxing—it’s like having your own private paradise. And the sunset view from the balcony is simply magical—an unforgettable moment that you won’t find anywhere else. The ocean is peaceful and private all day long, yet just a short drive away, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores forconvenience. I highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and will absolutely plan to return! The walled garden is an obvious labor of love and a living work of art (and the kids were sooo happy to have the pool :) ). For us it was ideal to be right down the street from an epically beautiful patch of preserved land. Already missing that place! Liamm & Pete were welcoming and helpful and even gave us a sweet recommendation for our last day in PR after we checked out. Like I said, will happily return to this sweet home.

Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estadía. El lugar superó mis expectativas en todos los sentidos: el espacio era cómodo, bien decorado y muy funcional. Buena limpieza , algo que valoro muchísimo. La ubicación también fue perfecta, con todo lo necesario cerca y en una zona tranquila. Además, el trato fue muy amable y siempre estuvieron disponibles para cualquier consulta. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 young children. The place was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing. The beach is gorgeous, but the water is on the rougher side. As other reviews mentioned, there is a lot of seaweed, but if you just walk down a little to the left the water was great! We really enjoyed how peaceful it was and renting a golf cart to explore the property and go to nearby restaurants was also fun! highly recommend!

Greg's place is awesome. We had a great time as family. The grill was a plus. Beautiful view to the beach. I loved every morning drinkg my coffee looking at the ocean. Definitely will stay again soon.

Staying at Miguel’s home was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Miguel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again!

This place is fabulous Fully equipped The grounds are immaculate and the pools pristine Sunrises and sunsets are outstanding Wonderful balcony with everything you need Extremely comfortable beds Generator for fridge is very handy as electricity not as reliable as in Canada Jewel was extremely responsive and friendly

Beautiful view, very spacious, very comfortable beds ( most beds cause me back pains but this one did not…. We are used to very soft beds.. the master bed mattress wasn’t super soft, but definitely not hard either… A good middle ground. ) Before booking I was concerned with 3 things… 1) Safety of neighborhood = We couldn’t feel any safer any where else… A very safe & secure community. Secured gates to pass through with security patrolling the community. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed evening rides after a day at the beach and never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe. 2) losing power with no back up generator = we were there for 5 nights and never lost power. 3) Keeping cool at night = 1 review mentioned the AC not going below 75… I am a hot sleeper and verified with Douglas lowering the temp is not a problem… We kept very cool and appreciated there is an additional split ac unit in the master to ensure a cool nights sleep. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning
