Vacation rentals with a firepit in Jackson County

The house was great! Beautiful views... right on the lake..hot tub. Patio was enormous! Nice being able to grill. Showers were perfect and plenty of bathrooms! I'm a homebody but was totally comfortable. Any questions, the host responded IMMEDIATELY! She's great! Looking forward to my next stay.

Our group was there for fishing tournament. This Airbnb, by far, has been the most accommodating to fishermen with boats. Our group had five trucks with five boats and we have never found a place til now that we we have all been able to park at with the circle drive and carports. Planning to book here every year if available because that is a bid deal for us. We enjoyed the pool table as well. Very peaceful location and house was very clean. Beds were all comfy. Hosts was was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we asked. We have stayed at a few other Airbnbs in the area that are nice as well but this has become our new favorite. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests.

This was the perfect space! Lots of room and beds! Everyone had a bed in our group of 9! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay! There also was a pond in the backyard with fishing poles provided! Such a nice touch! We definitely will look to stay again when we’re back in the area!

Came down for the week for a fishing tournament. Great, spacious place. Plenty of room for parking our 4 boats and trucks. Jason was communicative and prompt. Three bathrooms were great to have. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second year to stay at this house for a girls' trip. There were 3 of us and the house has plenty of space. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything is very neat and clean. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic. We enjoyed taking walks and just hanging out at the house. It's a perfect backdrop for quality friend time. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was just like the pictures- very cute and charming! The view was beautiful and the property was very peaceful. It was so nice having 5 bedrooms and each having its own bathroom. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful home! Perfect for a weekend with family and close friends. We loved that the home was walkable to the top of Desoto Falls but also only a short hike to the bottom view via trail. The loft and top rooms were magical and absolutely perfect for our tween kids and us parents loved the screened porch and outdoor firepit. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us. We also appreciated how clean it was and the basket of welcome snacks. Five stars!

The house was in an absolutely beautiful setting with spectacular options for gazing at the lake and the surrounding forest. We especially enjoyed an evening at the fire ring, munching on s'mores as we sat on the nearby swing, gazing at stars and fireflies. For a quiet, soul-restoring getaway, highly recommend this well-managed cabin!

Fred was super helpful with all my questions! The Yurt was clean, spacious and unique! My kids and I loved staying!

Claire & Bryan described really well the place, quite apartment with a great balcony. We enjoyed our time there.

After we got passed Airbnb giving us the wrong code to enter the apartment we had no further problems and enjoyed our stay. The co-host Lorraine was very helpful. The train and highway traffic were annoying but, tolerable. We prefer more of a country setting. This apartment was in the suburbs so it was close to amenities, which was a positive aspect.

Mr. Bubba and his home was my first experience with Air BnB and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He has an amazing place with a view that pictures don’t do justice. He treated us with the upmost kindness and hospitality and met everything we needed.

Bailey was easy to talk to and communicative. Everything was even better than described. Excellent host and even better home!

We had our annual college friend reunion here this year, and I think we’ll be coming back here every year. This place was perfect. It had enough space for everyone without being crammed. Everything worked great, easy to get to. This was the perfect place for us. Cannot recommend Laura and this place enough. We will 1000% be coming back!

First, this host is awesome. My group was running very late for check-in. No problem. Suzan met us after dark to make sure we made it to the cabin and knew where the boathouse was located. Second, the cabin was great. It was very clean, both bedrooms had televisions, and was extremely clean. Finally, the location was great for our trip. The cabin is located 2 minutes from a public boat ramp, which isn't very busy compared to other local ramps. It's also located about 5 minutes from GTO at Waterfront, possibly the best bait store on Lake Guntersville. The driveway to the cabin is narrow if you are pulling a large bass boat but the boathouse is available if that's a problem for you. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

5 Stars – Ideal Fish Camp for Serious Anglers! Paul’s Fish Camp at Lake Guntersville was everything we needed and more. The location is excellent—central to all the major docks and boat ramps, which made it easy to launch wherever the bite was best. The truck pull-thru setup with overhead cover was a huge plus, especially with built-in lighting that made it easy to rig up for the next day’s trip, even after dark. The interior was spotless, newly renovated, and had great style—clearly more than just a basic fish camp. Paul really cares about the place and it shows in how well it’s maintained. He’s put in the work to make sure guests have a great experience. If you’re coming to Guntersville with a boat and want comfort, convenience, and care—this is the place to stay. We’ll absolutely be back!

A quiet spot with a great view! We enjoyed the fire pit and swing.

The Otter Box cabin was the perfect getaway! We were offered very early check-in to this immaculate cabin. We had absolutely everything we needed and some extras to include snacks and the best coffee. Sitting on the porch and watching the deer with a hot, fresh cup of coffee was a favorite. We were comfortable, and the setting is so peaceful. The host is friendly and very precise with directions. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

We had some unexpected bad weather and it knocked the power out. I got in touch with the host and he was on top of it and the power was restored within an hour! He also recommended a great pizza spot right up the road that was awesome.
