Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Designed with a modern camp spa style the couples cottage has high ceilings, white washed pine walls and plenty of windows providing soft natural light. Beautiful designed, the cottage's great room has lots of space with views of Sebago Lake. The cottage has a full kitchen and additional lofted sleeping space accessed by a latter. The main suite has lake views, have some coffee on your private patio or relax in the modern soaking tub.

Enjoy a fully-stocked Mountain Retreat! Breathtaking sunsets, modern amenities, full kitchen - PLUS popcorn maker, lobster pot, blender, waffle maker, coffee maker, etc! The very large lot with plenty of sitting areas to enjoy the views of the lake. The large sandy beach is one of the biggest we have in our inventory.

One King bedroom and a half bath on the 2nd floor. Heat Pumps in the house offer AC and Heat. Enjoy great views of Sand Pond from the back deck.

Loads of privacy at this cottage that sits literally at the water's edge. A perfect getaway spot. Listen to the cry of the Loons and watch beautiful sun and moon rises. Screen porch, large stone fireplace, open living/dining area, well equipped kitchen. Lovely view, relax and listen to the brook that borders the property. Nice dock and swim float.

This one-bedroom cabin has a direct walk out onto the pond side floating boardwalk. A queen bed and a small futon in the common room. This allows for up to 3 guests. Guests will also have access to the natural pond. You can also enjoy Sebago Lake with private access for guests staying at the estate.
