A 15th century manor house in the historic center of Úbeda. Its unique architecture, restored in 2022, makes the space spectacular and comfortable. Its history and past are unique, having been inhabited by nobles from the 15th century to the 19th century, some of them marquises, others city councilors, and others military personnel in the service of the king. Take the whole family to this fantastic home that has plenty of room to have fun. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Close to bus stop supermarkets and leisure and sports areas. Cozy house consisting of three double bedrooms, one with suite bathroom and dressing room, one bedroom in loft with two single beds, living room, large fully equipped kitchen, patio, porch and terrace. In total it has two full bathrooms and a bathroom. Easy to park area.
