In the center of Morro de São Paulo, excellent location 30 meters from the sea (end of the second / beginning of the third beach) completely renovated kitchenette, new appliances, new TV !! Safe in a small and beautiful condominium. Practically ideal for everyone, just a few meters away are the best beaches on the island and, at the same time, towards the center, you will be at the second beach in five minutes (restaurants, clubs, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops). Everything is close.
What guests are saying:“Comfortable apartment for 3 or 4 people. It has the right and necessary summer accommodation. Well located, in a street with shops and other accommodation. It is 50 meters from the 3rd beach, 250 meters from the end of the 2nd beach and about 300 meters from the receptive point (place from where the ground walks depart). The area of the apartment is very quiet and we never had trouble falling asleep. Alex is very attentive and helpful, always willing to help his guests. We booked the apartment months before the stay and was always solicited to evacuate our inquiries. A place in Morro to recommend to future travelers, without a doubt.”
Villa Ganesha is a small 2-storey building in Gamboa, with 1 Kitnet per floor furnished and with a balcony to a wonderful green yard where tamarins, hummingbirds and other birds are always circulating. with a 20-minute walk you can reach Morro de São Paulo or a 4 reais boat and 15 minutes.
What guests are saying:“Excellent stay! The hostess was Dona Sandra, Raul's mother. Note 10 person, very helpful, intelligent and attentive! As spoken to herself, we only miss a TV. As much as we spent most of the day on the beaches, walks, etc., sometimes at bedtime we enjoyed the "noise" of the TV. But it was no problem! The house is spacious, very clean, with cupboards and equipped with basic items in the kitchen. We would certainly go back!”
Lindo apartamento no Guaibim, Próximo ao Taquary, Condomínio Fechado, andar térreo, 1 suíte ampla com ar condicionado, sala/cozinha americana, 2 sanitários, varanda, Wi-Fi, 1 vaga para veículo em estacionamento fechado, piscina e churrasq. de uso comum. O mar está bem próximo ao Condomínio (basta caminhar 40 metros e chegar ao mar), lindas áreas verdes e praias para maravilhosos banhos de mar, sol, esportes e lazer. Praias de Morro de São Paulo estão a 12 Km e as Barracas do Guaibim a 2,5 Kms.
