Tervetuloa tähän upeaan omakotitaloon Kokkolan vanhan kaupungin kupeeseen, johon myös koirat ovat tervetulleita! 200 m² talossa on 5 makuuhuonetta, 2 WC:tä, suihkut ja sauna. Uusi keittiö, viilentävä ilmastointi ja puhdas sisäilma takaavat mukavuuden. Aidattu piha sopii sekä lapsille että koirille, ja talon edessä on reilusti ilmaisia autopaikkoja. Talo tarjoaa täydelliset puitteet jopa 12:lle. Rautatieasemalle on vain 700 metrin ja torille 500 metrin kävelymatka. Täydellinen sijainti siis!

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.
