“I’ve never stayed in a tiny home before and this was my first one. And it’s an awesome first one at that. It’s quite and quaint. I went up on a snowboard trip and have been eyeing on this tiny home on Airbnb for about a year and decided to try it. It’s pretty roomy. I felt comfortable in it. They let me bring my dog - super huge win. And it was pretty simple and minimalistic. It’s quiet - when I was there no one was around and it was just super nice. The kitchen was small but usable for most things. I didn’t really cook here so I’m unsure. The place gets warm! And the water is amazing. I was worried when it said well water but uh that water quality is amazing. Both for drinking and cleaning. Honestly? I can’t rave enough about it. It’s close to Stratton and mount snow and Bromley if you are doing the ski trip thing. And, for summer, there’s a lot of outdoors stuff to do up here. I’d stay again in a heartbeat and prob will in the summer.”

“We stayed over on Valentine’s Day/President’s Day weekend and we had a wonderful time. The cabin is well maintained, comfortable, well stocked and very cute inside. It has some issues that many cabins do, it can be a bit drafty but there is baseboard heating and a fireplace so that made it easy to warm up. It can be a bit slick when it snows so be ready when loading or unloading things from the car. Lay down salt or sand (which they provided at the cabin for us!). One other thing to remember is that this is a cabin in the woods so with that comes outdoor stuff to remember! They do a great job cleaning the space but it is easy to track in dirt and snow, also there is a wood burning fireplace which is wonderful but the wood can be a bit messy. Plus, getting to the cabin is tricky if you don’t have an AWD or 4x4 vehicle, do be mindful of that. If you plan to arrive after dark bring a flash flight to find the driveway From the driver side, since it is remote it can be a little difficult to find at first. Once you know where it is though, it’s simple enough. Otherwise this is a tranquil, romantic and quaint space that is perfect for a weekend away. It’s about 15 minutes to drive to Stratton mountain and all that it has to offer and there are some great little restaurants and shops very close by too. Suzanne was very responsive and answered all our questions plus left contact info for us at the cabin. Last thing, there is WiFi and it was fast enough to stream from but cell service is spotty in the area. Also, there is no TV, didn’t bother us we spent most of the time reading and spending time together but it may be nice to know for others. All in all, it was a great place to spend our weekend and if you like cabins, this will surely make you very happy!”

“This is a fantastic place to stay! I stayed here with my family to visit our oldest son working at Stratton Mtn Resort. This was our first Christmas with him not able to come home. When Andrew & Mellisa discovered this, they put in a gorgeous, decorated Christmas tree for us and that truly made our stay extra special! I know that was extra work on their part so I can say without a doubt that these hosts will go above and beyond to make your stay special! Their space is very clean, linens and towels were included so we didn't have to pack as much from home. Their kitchen is very well equipped - we cooked Christmas Eve dinner and decorated sugar cookies! The fireplace is a bonus and they made up the first fire for us, all ready to be lit! Communicating with them was a breeze and they were always quick to respond. The location is great, so close to Stratton Mtn and to local restaurants, and cute shops. The famous Vermont Country Store is about a 20 minute drive and we did shop there and at 2 other shops in Weston. Andrew & Mellisa's place is also pet friendly and we were grateful to have a pup Rooney travel with us! We highly recommend staying here and we hope to get back again before winter is over! Thanks Andrew & Mellisa for putting your time and talents into making our stay wonderful!”
